At Dadhunter, every item is made-to-order with care. Below you’ll find clear details on how we process, ship, and deliver your order.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–4 business days before shipment.

  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.


2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We proudly ship worldwide. Flat rates by region:

  • United States

    • Economy (4–6 business days): $6.99

    • Express (3–4 business days): $29.99

    • Two-Day (2–3 business days): $45.99

  • Rest of the World

    • Economy (7–10 business days): $8.99

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing + Shipping
Example: A US Economy order may take 7–10 business days total.


3. Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can check your order status anytime via our Track Order Page.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Import duties, customs fees, or taxes are not included in our shipping costs.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable charges once the package arrives in their country.

  • Please check with your local customs office for details.


5. Delays

Delivery times are estimates only. External factors such as:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier delays

6. Shipping Issues and Solutions

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Your Responsibility: Please verify your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order
  • Cannot Modify: Once an order ships, we cannot change the delivery address
  • Return to Sender: Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses will require the customer to pay reshipping costs
  • Address Validation: We recommend using address validation during checkout
Before finalizing checkout, please confirm:
  • Street address is complete (including apartment/suite number)
  • City, state/province, and postal code are correct
  • Country is accurate
  • Phone number is included for carrier contact

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:
Step 1: Check the following within 24-48 hours:
  • Front door, back door, garage, and side entrances
  • With neighbors who may have accepted delivery
  • Building mail room, front desk, or property manager
  • Household members who may have brought it inside
Step 2: Verify your order details:
  • Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation email
  • Check the tracking details for delivery location notes
Step 3: Contact us:
  • Email contact@dadhunter.com within 3 business days of the delivery date
  • Include your order number and tracking number
  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier
Important Limitation: Dadhunter is not liable for packages after carrier confirms delivery. However, we will do our best to assist with carrier investigations and claims.

Stolen Packages

We cannot be held responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
Prevention Recommendations:
  • Require signature confirmation (contact us before ordering)
  • Use a secure delivery location (workplace, trusted neighbor)
  • Install security cameras or package lockboxes
  • Arrange to be home during expected delivery window
  • Sign up for carrier delivery alerts

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:
Step 1: Take photos immediately
  • Photograph the shipping box/envelope from all angles
  • Document all product damage
  • Keep all packaging materials
Step 2: Contact us within 3 business days
  • Email contact@dadhunter.com with photos attached
  • Include your order number
Step 3: Resolution
  • We will send a free replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund (your choice)

Significantly Delayed Orders

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window + 5 business days:
  1. Check tracking status for updates
  2. Contact contact@dadhunter.com with your order number
  3. We will investigate with the carrier and provide updates
  4. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund
Factors that may cause delays:
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier operational issues
  • Customs inspections (international orders)
  • National holidays
  • Remote or rural delivery locations

7. Free Shipping Promotion

  • Orders over $150 to US addresses qualify for FREE Economy Shipping

  • Discount automatically applied at checkout

  • Does not apply to expedited shipping methods (Express, Two-Day)

  • Cannot be combined with other shipping discounts

  • Promotional shipping rates may be subject to change

8. Multiple Item Orders

  • When you order multiple products:

  • All items are made-to-order and will ship together once all items are ready

  • Processing time is based on the item that takes longest to produce
